For those of you that don't know the VA is very thorough on what they approve because they want a buyer to have a safe and sound home. Well, we hired Nick to perform our inspection before the VA came to look at the home. He showed up on time (not to mention the appointment was short notice for him) and he spent hours inspecting our home. Afterwards we received a 40+ page report of everything he thought was of concern with the home. We based our negotiations off of his report and got fixed what we thought the VA we be concerned about. Our VA appraisal/inspection came back with absolutely nothing wrong (not heard of according to our lender). Nick's professionalism and knowledge helped ease the stressful process of buying a home and we could not be happier with his service. Thank you Nick for a job well done! read less

Nick Shough and his team were able to spring into action and make it happen. Nearly everyone else had an answering machine pick up but Nick answered his phone, impressed me and earned my business. They were professional, thorough and very flexible. Knowing I was buying long distance, they took extra photos and gave tons of details about the property that gave me the confidence to go ahead and buy the house.
